If you are having trouble playing a video you downloaded,
make sure you have the latest version of
Windows Media Player. Some files also require the free DivX codec & player. Videos with a .MOV extension require using Quicktime Player.
Some videos may require additional codecs. If you are having problems and are unsure what codec a video uses, we recommend downloading a utilty program called AVIcodec.
